BEHIND-THE-SCENES SKILL DEVELOPMENT 

We offer internships for high school seniors and college students interested in exploring professional musical theatre as a potential career path.  

During the school year, we are focused on many off-stage aspects of running a theatre company including marketing, archival work, educational outreach, season planning, fundraising, media, backstage processes, and more. We assign interns according to their areas of career interest when possible.

Space is limited. Students are invited to apply at any time, and encouraged to speak to their school advisors regarding their school's requirements in order to receive credits for their internship with Coeur d'Alene Summer Theatre. Applicants may be contacted for a 15-minute interview. After the interview, a decision will be sent to the applicant via email. Our application process is always open.
